i loved the location it was a short walk to the haram. the room size was great i did not feel cramped at all. the value for the price was excellent i was like i got a lot for what i paid
the shower area flooded quickly i had to wait a long time for it to drain. the reception staff did not speak english well communication was hard. the air conditioning was hard to control the room was too cold

the location was acceptable with restaurants located nearby the hotel.
the reception staff was unprofessional. they was unable to speak english. also, i had to wait a long time for room allocation. the initial manager showed unprofessional behavior.

This hotel provided a very clean and well kept environment. The location was near the Haram, very convenient for prayers. The staff were helpful, and their service enhanced my experience. I'm sure to be back again next time.
The room key cards sometimes lose charge quickly, and need frequent recharges.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate three beds. I also noticed I could pray easily inside the room, and that was a plus. The room showed good maintenance overall.

I saw there's open space available. It allowed me to dry clothes without problem. There's also easy access to the bus station, I used for transport to other cities. The price during my reservation felt fair.

I found all the receptionists to be good and supportive. Mr Ahmed in reception, he was kind and understanding. The cleaning service occurred daily and seemed thorough, I always found fresh items in the room.

The hotel is near to the Haram, it is in the third extension. I also found it close to the train station and the bus station. This made moving around the area very practical.

The hotel provided a good breakfast buffet (i loved the dates!). the rooms were nice and included necessary items such as toothbrushes and shampoo. the staff was friendly and effective. i especially appreciated the quick check-in process. I was offered a welcome drink of kawah.
the bus service to the masjidul haram took a little longer than i expected.

The hotel is near the Haram, roughly twenty minutes by foot. Taxis to the Haram parking area cost around fifteen SAR. Free parking inside the hotel is available on two floors. The hotel is neat and staff provide daily cleaning with fresh utility items. Shops are also quite close to the hotel.
I found that the windows let in traffic noise at night. It was difficult to sleep well because of it.
